I have been consistently impressed by Pete whilst working with him as part of the Wildlife Trust federation of charities. His technical knowledge is second to none but the thing I love about working with him is his approach to innovation, problem solving and learning. He is always pushing forward the sector, working with others to deliver real change in subjects around species and data. I value his opinion and know that anything he is involved with will be well thought through and great quality. He is also great at working in partnership with others and facilitating good discussions.
I would recommend him for data related and GIS roles, but also for wider projects around complex issues without an obvious solution.
Alice Kershaw - Head of Digital Transformation - Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts.
Pete has an innate ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex data problems. His contributions have been instrumental in helping others make more informed decisions and drive progress towards shared conservation goals.
In addition to his technical abilities, Pete is an excellent communicator and collaborator. His positive attitude and enthusiasm for data and conservation is infectious and has helped to create a positive and productive environment in the small but ambitious data sphere within the Wildlife Trusts.
Phillip Whelpdale - GIS Manager - Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts.
Pete is a skilled chair and a positive, contributing board member, bringing an effective combination of passion, skill and knowledge to the table. He is a diplomatic leader an effective organiser.
